She was predeceased by: her father Roland "Pinky" Phillips; and her siblings, Marshall Phillips, Martha Duzan (Phillips), James and David Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Wininger; her daughters, Alisha Myers (Mike) and Ashley Linneweber (Craig); her grandchildren, Haley Wagler (Andrew), Logan Weber and Maycie Linneweber; her great grandchild Zeppelin Wininger; and her sisters, Ellen Schwindt (Joe) and Diana Russell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
