He is survived by: his wife Wilma Whitson; his children, Gary Small of Wheatland, Rhonda Bruner of Wheatland, Tracy Noble of Port Richey, FL and Talia Small of Wheatland; his brother Larry Small (Judy) of Vincennes; his sister-in-law Mary Small of Bicknell; his grandchildren, Scott, Shawn, Steven, Jessie, Brandon, Tony, Jenny, Misty, Amy and Hunter; and his great great grandchildren, Phillip and Jessie Merydith. He is also survived by 28 Grandchildren.
