It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Eugene Phillips (Wheatland, Indiana), who passed away on July 7, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Evelyn Stuffle and Mary Jane Terrell; his half-sister Anna Rachel Phillips; and his brothers, Alva Phillips, Henry Phillips, Lemual Phillips, Bill Chestnut and Erimal Edwards.
He is survived by: his child Brian Phillips (Lori) of Vincennes; his grandchildren, Lukas Hill, Katie Pesch and Kristen Phillips; his sister Sue Allen (Jim) of Washington; and also Reid Neff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and relatives.
