He was predeceased by: his sister Dawn Stepp. He is survived by: his parents, William Sr. Stepp and Donna Stepp; his children, Brittany Baker (Joshua) and Jonathan Stepp (Kaitlin); his grandchildren, Owen, Liam Baker and Sophie Stepp; his fiancé Sandy Johnson; his sister Tonya Stepp; and his nieces and nephews, Rigley, Briggs and Bennett Pszonka.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested for Riley's Children's Hospital.
