He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sr. Donovsky and Dolores Donovsky (Lukowski). He is survived by: his wife Donna DuBrock; his children, Laura Galindo (Tony), Brandon Donovsky, Selena Licata (David) and Christina Wallek (Matt); and his siblings, Katherine Bond (Jan), Jeri Delong, Lisa Adkisson (John) and Greg Donovsky. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
