She was predeceased by: her grandfather Jim Kuchta; and her brother Levi Kuchta. She is survived by: her daughters, Maicy and Millie; her siblings, Ashley Kuchta (Maggie Araque), Zach Kuchta (Katie), Nathan Kuchta (Trisha), Starr Kuchta and Lucas Kuchta; her mother Tina Kuchta; her grandmother Sandra Kuchta; and her close friend Quinnton Bulthuis. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
