He was predeceased by: his father Clettus Lee Prentice. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Anne Jenkins (O'Dor); his sons, Brady and Gavin Prentice; his siblings, Kevin Castaldo (Cheryl), Brian Welsh, Shannon Pioth (Clinton) and Brandon Prentice (Ashley); and his close friend Steffani Shelby.
