He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Anne Johnson; his children, Ronald Eric Johnson (Savuth), Sherese Enright (Dennis) and Tina Kozak (Dennis); his grandchildren, Eric Johnson (Eugenia), Jacob Johnson (Karly), Van B Johnson, Alexis Enright, Jack Enright, Sophia Enright, Emmerick Kozak and Quintin Kozak; his great grandchildren, Ramona Johnson, Mikaela Johnson and Dean Ellis Johnson; and his siblings, Paula, Wanda and James.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
