She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Green and Lucille Green (Bailey); her husband Hank'; her brother Walter Green (Melvina); and her brother-in-law Dale Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Blaszczyk (Jill), Terri Miller (Kenneth), Jill Kozak (Kirk) and Tim Blaszczyk (Rachelle); her grandchildren, Dustin, Lyndsey, Wally, Cassie, Brook, Erik, Paige and Wade; her great grandchildren, Emma, Nora, Hayden, Hadley, Allison, Abram, Elsie, Drew, Ava, Jack and Zara; and her siblings, Arthur Green (Elizabeth), Ruby Williams and Peggy Potempa (Chester).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sorrowful Mother Food Pantry.
