She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Terry Zisoff of DeMotte, IN; her father Marvin W. Mentink of Roselawn, IN; her children, Andrea Kay, Hoffman Lipsky (Douglas) of DeMotte, IN and John David Hoffman of Highland, IN; her grandsons, David, Benjamin Hoffman, Julius and Samuel Lipsky; and her siblings, John Mentink of Wheatfield, IN, Tim Mentink (Marlene) of Lowell, IN and Cathy Trebs (Robert) of Dyer, IN. She was also cherished by 3 nieces, 2 nephews and one great-niece, and 3 great-nephews.
