He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica; and his siblings, Patty, Mary, Shirley and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Vinia Carter (Conley); his children, Jennifer Cooper (James), Jamie Robbins and Jodie Bennett (Tim); and his siblings, Paul Carter (Sandy) and Debbie Cook. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions we respectfully ask that you follow all government mandates. Only 50 people will be allowed inside at any one time and must follow rules of social distancing.
