She is survived by: her mother Blanche Martinez (Vasquez); her children, David Melendez (Valerie), Michele Risner (Bryan), Eva Melendez and Jessica Melendez; her grandchildren, Ryan Melendez (Ali), Eryn Misch (Wade), Alisyn Risner and Isabella DeBeneditto; her great grandchildren, Daniel Melendez and Drake Melendez; and her siblings, Rudy Martinez Jr., Rosita Elliott (Johnny), Rita Martinez and Monica Martinez-Puyear.
