He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Brown and Cella Brown-Collins (Allen); and his sister Sue Stump. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jefferson; his children, Kelli Hurlbert (Brian), Amanda Woodruff, Mikey Brown and Sami Brown; and his siblings, Cella Napier (Calvin), Daisy Collins, Cozetta Brown, Jason Brown (Becky) and Kenneth Collins. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
