He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Ellar Howard (Stepp); his wife Alberta Whitaker; and his siblings, Vera Mae Wireman, Jack Howard, Paul Howard, Charlotte Gilliam and Ray Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Forrest'Raymond' Miller (Tammy), Roberta'Lynn' Creekmur (Norm), Kenneth Miller (Terri), Michael Howard (Karen) and Darlene Patton (Dennis); and his siblings, Delores Dobson and Alanna Ralph (Eugene). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 7 + great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wheatfield Pentecostal Church for the building fund.
