He is survived by: his children, Vohana Breneman (Ronnie), Hanley W. Chapman (Candi), Shelton R. Chapman (Cindy), Sherry Musgrave (Andy), Crissy Hardy (Larry) and Carol Sue Chapman; and his siblings, Phillip Chapman, Wanda Sumral, Billy Harrell, Ennie Lee Harrell, Ruby May Oakes, Janice Sue Clinton, Charles Ray Harrell, William Harrell and Stephen C. Harrell. He is also survived by grandchildren, and multiple great-grandchildren.
