He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Norris and Opilia Norris (Setliff); and his siblings, Leona Swan, Robert Norris, Charles Norris and Johnny Norris.
He is survived by: his close friend Anna Roberts; his children, Tommy Seegers (Elizabeth), Jerry J. Cyprian, Rebecca Lash (James), Dwayne Roberts (Pam) and Stacy Johnston; and his sisters, Patricia Waldfogel, Doris Musgrove (Jerry), Carol Parrish and Jacklyn Osborn (Clinton). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
