He was predeceased by: his parents, Edsel Myers and Dorothy Myers (Budzinski); his granddaughter Aubrey Myers; and his brother David Myers. He is survived by: his wife Marcie Sekulski; his sons, Jason Myers (Sue Zylstra) and Brendan Myers (Alicia); his grandchildren, Chloe Myers, Kaydee Myers, Felicia Sytsma and Cody Sytsma; his brothers, Ronald Myers (Sue) and Michael Myers (Diane); and his pet Carrot.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haven Hospice.
