He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Schaetzel and Virginia Schaetzel (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Robyn Risner; his daughter Sarah Marie; his brother Roger Schaetzel (Kathryn); his parents-in-law, Harvey, Harriet Risner, Bryan Risner (Michele) and Loryn Venekamp (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Robert Venekamp (Natalie), Kelsey Venekamp, Ryan Melendez (Ali), Eryn Risner (Wade Misch) and Alisyn Risner; and his great-nephew Robert Venekamp.
