He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Banks (Kristy) and Dennis Banks (Penny); and his siblings, Frank Collins and Barbara Colllins. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
