He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Bennett-Webber (Bennett); his grandfathers, Richard Bennett and Wendell E. Northcutt; and his aunts, Janina Dowell, Deborah Cook and Jeanette D. Jordan.
He is survived by: his father Richard Webber Sr.; his siblings, Kathlene Longstreth (Ryan), Kimberly Jones (Brandon), Richard Webber Jr. (Ashley), Cody Webber and Stormy Webber; and his grandparents, Bernice Bennett, Joyce Northcutt and Bill Webber (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the funeral home.
