She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wozniak and Margaret Wozniak (Schultz); her husband Richard; her daughters, Laura Ann Webber (Bennett), Deborah Marie Cook (Bennett) and Janina Rose Dowell (Bennett); her grandson Bradley Edward Webber; and her great grandchild Novalee Angel Kathleen Phillips.
She is survived by: her brother Ralph Wozniak. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
