He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Lewis; his children, Anderson and Jan Hope (Jerry); his granddaughter Kathryn Renee Knowlton (Mike Alander); his great grandchildren, Bryce William Austin Banic, Ty Derek Fulford, Addison Clara Rose Knowlton and Nya Rae Knowlton; his siblings, Chuck Milner and Mary Ann Niblick; and his cousins, Vivian Lundstrom and Ben Warren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
