He is survived by: his wife Lila Cole (Whitney); his children, Cherie Johnson of Texas and Dave Chouinard of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his stepsons, Joseph Bromley (Anita) of Pewaukee and David Bromley (Renee) of Westville; his grandchildren, Amanda, Connie and Julian; his stepgrandchildren, Brittnee, Paige, Logan, Dave and Bryce; his stepgreat-grandson Memphis; and his siblings, Merl Chouinard of Manteno, Carol Goodrich of Kankakee and Connie Duff of Texas.
