He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Button (Donald Brown) and Robert Foerg; his mother-in-law Deborah Foerg; his sister Cindy Fredel; his parents-in-law, James, Genevieve Knouff and Angie Nuzzo; his siblings-in-law, James Knouff, Jr., Kathleen Anderson, Roberta Knouff and Cindy Barrell; and his nephew Ryan Rivers.

He is survived by: his wife Kim Foerg; his children, Kriste Bell (Michael), Craig Foerg (Connie), Eric Foerg (Jessica), Heather Ames (Michael) and Ashley Karczewski (John Karczewski, Jr.); his grandchildren, Meghan Bell (Ronald Shore), Aaron Bell, Kyle Foerg, Evan Foerg, Willow Foerg, Elliana Ogg, Evelyn Ogg, Artemis Ogg, Katelyn Ames, Mason Ames, Madison Ames, Erin Ames and Lucas Karczewski; his great grandchild Aurora Shore; his father-in-law Frank Nuzzo; his siblings, Garry Foerg (Kim) and Rebecca Rivers (Rick); and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Anderson, Jim Fredel, Frank Nuzzo (Betty), Chuck Nuzzo (Sue) and Mike Nuzzo (Helen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and special friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342).
