She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Casselman and Minnie "Hazel" Casselman (Erwin); her husband Harold D. Gettys; her son Michael; her sister Pearl Weinhold; and her half-brother Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Mills of LaPorte and Ronald Gettys (Mary Jane) of LaPorte; and her sister Patricia Fuentes of Kendallville, Indiana.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
