It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Denise Goldsworthy (Westville, Indiana), born in Hobart, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2018, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Goldsworthy; her aunt Jackie Zeller; her brother-in-law Jay Shupe; her significant other Jeffrey Wineinger; and also Scott Matthys.

She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Matthys, Alexis Shupe and Jayden Shupe; and her mother Paula St (Greg).
