He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flack and Gladys Flack (Fields); his wife Charlene Kay Morgan; and his siblings, Robert Flack and Joan Flack.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Ferguson (Richard) of Durham, Kimberly Parks of Greensburg and Timothy Flack (Anna) of Greensburg; and his brother Douglas Flack of Tennessee. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 aunts and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
