He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Keith Brown, Louise Spicer and Phillip Phelps. He is survived by: his spouse Julia L. Parker; his parents, William Brown (Kathy) of Westport and Sharon Holcomb (Russell) of Georgia; his brothers, Jody Brown (Marla) of Columbus and Cory Brown of Westport; and his grandmother Doris Brown of Greensburg.
