Thomas Gaines Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Gaines of Westport, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Gaines to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gaines and Marjorie Gaines (Farrell); his wife Wanda Gaines; his adoptive parents, Florence Wolferding and Charles Wolferding; and his brother Raymond Wolferding.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Gilb (Rick) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Steve Gaines (Lenora) of Manchester, IN, Terry Gaines (Tabitha) of Milan, IN, James Gaines (Anita) of Manchester, IN, Brian Gaines (Kathy) of Manchester, IN and Darrin Gaines (Virginia) of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his sister Mary Lee Hornaday (Al) of Mooresville, IN. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to the current situation dealing with COVID-19, we are following the directives from Governor Holcomb and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning large events and mass gatherings.
