She is survived by: her father Marshall Tichenor of Westport, Indiana; her children, Levi, Tim Shuler of Columbus, Indiana and Nichole Shuler of Austin, Indiana; her siblings, Greg Tichenor of Indianapolis, Indiana and Denise Eubanks of Seymour, Indiana; her nephews, Isaiah and Eli Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Tara and Jody Shuler.
