He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelah W. Milligan and Dorothy "Jean" Owens; his brother Douglas Milligan; and his sons-in-law, Mike Sproessig and Doug Youngblood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Eryn Sproessig of North Vernon and Tara Sample (Keith) of Westport; his grandchildren, Austin Thackery, Ema Thackery, Aly Bush, Hunter Sproessig and Kinsey Sample; and his great grandchild Wynonna Bush.
