He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Mary Braunagel, Virgil and Evalena Smith; and his brothers, Gary and Chadwick Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Xandria and Evelaina; his parents, Harold Smith and Alice Smith (Braunagel); and his siblings, Steven, Mark, Thomas, James, Daniel, Nathan Smith, Barb Jacobs (Derek), Casey Bullington (Tony) and Mary Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
