He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Paul and Helen Irene Phillips (Simmons). He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Little (Brett) of Westport, Jodi Murphy (Brian) of Westport, Stephanie Piercy (Barb) of Shelbyville, Christie Wood of Greensburg, Alicia Ramer of Greensburg, Rob Ramer (Elsy) of Illinois and Michael Ramer of Greensburg; and his siblings, Karen Sosbe (Chuck) of Kokomo, Patricia Roberts of Greensburg, Susan Doles (Doug) of Greensburg, Steve T. Phillips (Deb) of Scottsburg and Timothy J. Phillips of Greensburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
