He is survived by: his wife Diane Powers of Westport; his children, Ashlie Powers, Mark Powers (Candi) and Kim Powers; his stepchildren, Rachel Moore (Prentice) and Daniel Hilligoss; his siblings, Alice Lynch and Roger Powers; and his pets, Lightning and Butterbean. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
