He is survived by: his wife Paula Gant; his father Edwin Earl Neukam of Westport; his sons, Robert Neukam (Kristina) of North Vernon and Elijah Neukam of Westport; his siblings, Kim Gerrian (Phillip) of Laurel, Lisa Willoughby (Jim) of New Castle, Pam Anderson (Greg) and Lance Schenkel (Carrie) of Richmond; and his grandsons, Matthew Michael of North Vernon, Kyle Scott of North Vernon, Colton Bobby of North Vernon, Jackson Edwin of North Vernon and Zane Alexander Neukam of North Vernon.
