He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Clarkson and Juanita Clarkson (Buchanan); and his siblings, Peggy Robbins and Harold Clarkson. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ailes; his sons, Chad Clarkson of North Vernon and Jason Clarkson of North Vernon; and his siblings, Georgetta Gilmore of Columbus, Gene Clarkson (Ruth) of Westport, Gerry Clarkson of North Vernon and Bobby Clarkson of Seymour. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Westport Volunteer Fire Department through the funeral home.
