He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Mozingo and Birdie L. Mozingo (Surface). He is survived by: his daughter Bailey Anne Mozingo of Westport; his brother Larry D. Mozingo (Dee) of North Vernon; and his niece Christina Mozingo-Fitzgerald (Ben) of Georgia.
