He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester H. Wills and Edna M. Wills (Scott); his brother Steven Wills; and his son-in-law Andy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bischoff; his sons, Rick Wills (Sayang) of Columbus and Andrew N. Wills of Orlando, Florida; his siblings, Chester Wills, Jr. of Indianapolis and Patricia Ann "Patsy" Moffett (Dave) of Westport; his grandchildren, Hunter, Kayden (Mirah Wills), Anekah, Cole, Conner (Savannah Bower) and Brittney Grieser (Victoria Jones); and his great grandchildren, Colston and Brady Grieser.
