He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim T. Shaw and Anna Mae Shaw (Sykes); his wife Ruth Elizabeth Shaw; his son Charlie Shaw, Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Bramlett and Robert Earl Shaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Sue Mayer of Bloomington, Robin Ann Torrey (Scott) of Emmett and Marilee Irene Hoffman (Ron) of Westport. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Heart Association.
