He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Kay" Scrogham (Burns); his children, Roselyn Long (Eric) of Seymour, Janet Feldman (Eddie) of Greensburg and James Hibbs of Westport; his siblings, Darrell Scrogham (Kathy) of Tennessee, Marvin Scrogham (Lois) of Indiana, Annabelle Gibson (Jerry) of Greeneville, TN, Carolyn Caswell (Richard) of Florida and Mildred Blair of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Climer (Joanna) of Colorado, Clayton Long (Skyley Mosier) of Colorado, Connor Long of Ft. Wayne, Michelle Mercer (John) of Hope and Shayla Hibbs of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
