Mahaffey of Hope; his brother Warren Mahaffey (Delores) of Hope; his nephew Cory Mahaffey of Hope; his niece Casey Bolton (Mason) of Hope; his great-nephew Brody Bolton; his great-niece Piper Bolton; his father William D. Mahaffey; and his children, Riley Hospital and Premier Hospice.
