She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Dean and Edna Mae Dean (Jayne); her husband Clifford Dale Campbell; her son Timothy Campbell; her brother John R. Dean; her grandson Bryant D. Campbell; and her great great grandchild Phoenix Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Creamer (James) of Westport, Rosemary Murphy (Randy) of Westport, Linda Creamer of Greensburg and Joe Campbell (Paulette) of Greensburg. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
