He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Menefee and Selma Menefee (Wells); and his sister Pat Bokleman. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Stephens; his daughters, April Gregory (Vance) of Murfreesboro, TN and Kelly Burton (Tony) of Westport; his sister Debbie Holcomb (Kent) of Terre Haute; his brother-in-law Jim Bokleman of Greensburg; and his grandchildren, Brittany Shohfi (Jared) of San Francisco, CA, Whitnye Burton and Luke Burton of Westport.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Westport Christian Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
