With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald E. Carte of Westpoint, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on October 7, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Samuel J. Carte; his wife Sheryl Lynn Carte; his sister Frances Ann Van Lue; and his daughter Brooke Marie Carte. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Dawn Whitmore (Michael) of West Point, Elizabeth Anne Gohn (Adam) and Samuel James Carte (Ashley) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, Jenna, Olivia, Jacob, Brianna, Linkoln, Odin, Solomon and Maisy; and his siblings, John Carte (Judith) of Lafayette, Virginia Tull (Ronald) of Lafayette, Rita Darnell of Lafayette and Dave Van Lue of Syracuse, IN..
