She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack D. Farmer and Lena Mason Farmer. She is survived by: her husband Terry Clark; and her children, Chasittie Jaroscak of Spencer, Thomas Jaroscak of Jasonville and Shaun Pearce of Jasonville. She is also survived by three siblings, several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
