He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harold Crockett and Harriet Crockett; and his siblings, Sharon Mutter and David M. Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Joan Tuck Crockett; his children, Todd Crockett (Karen) and Jennifer Crockett; his stepchildren, Job Keller (Emily) and Joseph Keller; and his sister Linda Roberts. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
