We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2023, at the age of 91, Thomas E. Pnakovich of Westfield, Indiana, born in Adrian, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pnakovich and Mary Pnakovich; his daughter Diana Lynn Pnakovich; and his siblings, Mary Adrienne, John Pnakovich, Marge Pnakovich, Pauline Pnakovich, Lorena Pycz and Joseph Pnakovich.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Pnakovich; his children, David Pnakovich (Margarett), Mary Sabados (Thomas) and Lori O'Malley (Dave); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Paul, Eric, Jared, Kita, Elizabeth, Kyle, Matthew and Alex.
