He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lewis and Ann Lewis; and his stepfather Richard Hall. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Katherine Albers (David) and Stephanie Thompson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Thomas and Evelyn Albers; and his brother Ron Hall (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
