It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Hansen Gallagher of Westfield, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Les Hansen and James Gallagher; her brother Michael; her brother-in-law Donald Hansen (Jeanette); and her stepchildren, Thomas and Rose.

She is survived by: her children, Richard (Gail), Laurence (Colleen), Daniel, Michael (Tonya) and Leslie (Ann); her grandchildren, Richard, Lauren Tomala (Mike), Erica Faanes (Justin), Kelly Duepner (Tom), Daniel, Jacob (Christine), Michael, Emily, William, Sara (Zach), Sandra, Eric (Meredith) and Katlyn; her great grandchildren, Cameron Duepner, Griffin Duepner, Cruz Tomala, Ollie Tomala and John Hansen; and her stepchildren, James, Therese Wood (Cecil), Rev. Edward, Michael (Jackie), Daniel (Marianne), John (Eileen) and Terrence.
