He is survived by: his wife Sandy Rutherford; his children, Kelli Servizzi (John) and Eric Rutherford (Trisha); his grandchildren, Jenna, Nathan, Lucy Servizzi, Easton and Asher Rutherford; his sister Sharon Martin (Steve); and his father-in-law Ed Theis.
